NPP Projection Report 6/12 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Film schedule came in late but I began setting up the cue sheet (I blanked on where the template was kept since it has been so long since I've started one of these) for the week and added titles for Friday 6/16; progress was saved to the shared drive

Presentation Issues: None to report, fortunately, though I did take note of variations in volume as I was making my rounds this evening after hearing about a complaint from one of the guests in T2(?) during The Little Mermaid earlier in the afternoon

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all PG and PG-13 rated show playlists for the week of 6/16 and adjusted the show playlists for Past Lives and You Hurt My Feelings with updated R-rated content (we have yet to receive feature content for Lynch/Oz but this show playlist can be built as soon as that arrives)

Built a pre-show playlist for Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown and added the MUBI "90s" trailer to it after reaching out to the cinema team for further clarification (this can be updated once the print arrives/is inspected and tested for volume levels; the "Queer Camp" trailer was removed to make time for the MUBI one)

Trailer Updates: Downloaded and ingested new trailers for Haunted Mansion and Trolls 3

Special Events/ AV set up: Touched base with Cristina prior to the Frankenhooker event this evening to go over the timing of the intro/performance slide and music; after testing the scene setting Alec programmed into the spotlight board we got everything got underway and the event followed without error (I emailed Cristina and the MODs about this but the performer left her belongings behind the curtain -- these were placed in the MOD office for the time being)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
