NPP Projection Report 6/15 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The IMS in T2 paused before the second round could begin as automated; MODs radioed me about the delay and I started the show manually (pre-show started 5 minutes behind schedule)

Noticed a slight "flicker" in some of the bright spots during The Flash in T1 but need to run a house check after and take a look at some test patterns (will update this soon) // Update: I tested an all white pattern and the flicker is quite noticeable ... it's not unlike the issue we had in T2 in the past ... the bulb status is all green but we should run some more diagnostics on this in the coming days

Critical alarm in T2 for expired light status; the picture looked a bit dim during the first round (The Flash was on screen at the time) but we should change this bulb soon

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist in T1 for a private event on 6/20 (school field trip to see Transformers: Rise of the Beasts)

Marquee updated?: Removed You Hurt My Feelings and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and added letters for The Flash and Elemental

Posters updated?: Placed now showing snipes above The Flash and Elemental in the lobby

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
