To do this evening/ was completed: So we have a lot of manual starts happening this upcoming week for Elemental. We need to be extra, extra on it. Matthew and McKegg caught the overlap issues last night and started making these adjustments. Matthew and Paul and I will be meeting tomorrow to go over the sheets for 6/16 - 6/22. I'll be carefully filling the rest of them out today and rearranging Elemental based on Matthew's changes. Please go over tomorrow's cue sheet. What would be super helpful is to check the OCAP, babies, and all ages on the cue sheets to catch any mistakes.

Also - quick reminder to please keep the booth tidy. No food issues, I just came in to find a lot of supplies/equipment scattered about.

Had our cinema meeting this morning and we're looking great on content. We've got everything we need, including all the prints we need for the rest of June. Cristina forwarded us info from Music Box/Park Circus for New Jack City, which will get circuited to us in September from MB and we'll return it to HFC. I know this isn't for awhile, but I made a note of it on the white board and will have that email scheduled to get bumped to us when the time comes.

Staff screenings are out!

Presentation Issues: Showtimes board in the lobby went down for a minute. I rebooted the system and got it back up and running pretty fast. If anyone needs a refresher on this should it happen again...

When you open up the Theatre Signs app on the desktop in T3/7, it should automatically display the board. Next to it is a small, square button with three little dots. Click on it and it'll give you the option to reboot. This pretty much always does the trick.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Adjusted the Watermelon Woman playlist since this morning I noticed the slide wasn't in there. Nathaniel and I checked in with each other about the cue sheet since the Event Memo says it ends a lil later than it actually does. Notified folks on the Event Memo. Adjusted the cue sheet. Mic is set for Demond's intro! The spots remote is on the mixer, so when you go to turn this on, please hand him the remote.

Downloaded the content Paul sent over this morning for his friend's screening on the 19th. There's a trailer and a short. I've made DCPs for both of these. Ingested them to the TMS. Both the trailer and the short have the host's name in the cpl - Ayo Jackson.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested keys for The Flash

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: On Friday we'll be taking a look at Body Parts with Cristina at noon and then Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown at 1, with Desmond. Liased with Cristina about the next few 35mm techs. Since she'll be at WB on the days we don't have school screenings, we'll go ahead and look at both Shanghai Express and Alien From L.A. on the 20th after the school screening, around 2pm.

Will started inspecting Alien From L.A. and it is super, super pretty. Great condition so far.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Took a captions device out for T2 first round. Please snag this once the film is over!

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cue sheets today. Made an adjustment for the Watermelon Woman. Filled out all of Sunday and the rest of the week ahead. Adjusted Elemental. We need credits info for Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (Need to find this online. tough. I looked. we'll likely have to pay for streaming to check this unless anyone's got a lead), Body Parts and Asteroid City (we don't have the keys for Asteroid City. We have the ingest letter, but can confirm offset once we tech ~ looks like about 6 min of credits)
