Projection Admin 6/18 - Updated



To do this evening/ was completed: Elemental continues to run smoothly along with other manuals starts! 

Made some adjustments in Schedulefly. We're pretty much set for July until Alec gives us the greenlight.

Update: Forgot to mention we received the dvd for the private on 6/29! It's in 4/6

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Cleared content we don't need from the TMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Women on the Verge of a nervous Breakdown went super well! Print has been rewound and reinspected. 

Built and scheduled the Ayo Jackson playlists for Paul's friend. Content is transferred into T5. Will is aware that two screenings are happening - one at noon and one at 1pm. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested keys for Problemista. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:Re-inspected Women on the Verge. The original inspection report was not as harsh as it should have been with the base/emulsion scratched, but I didn't adjust it too much. I might have us go over damage reports again. I noticed 'punch' cues in the report but it did not mention multiple cues, of which there were many and some of the c/o's were not super simple. Always make sure to note the cue type and amount of pairs for both the c/o and m/c. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown has been packaged up and will get shipped out tomorrow. Labels have been made. 

Looked/looking into any potential Christie issues in T1. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Double checked for this evening. We're good for tomorrow, too. No OCAP screenings on Monday.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
