NPP Projection Close 7/11



To do this evening/ was completed: A lot to do tonight, but all done in good time and all in good fun! 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I made some playlists for next week's shows specifically in Theater 6

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Alec handled Safe in Hell tonight which gave me a lot of room to get Trivia set up without much of a hitch. All, as per usual, went well on that front. 

I managed to fully thread and run the platter set up in Theater 1 tonight not once, but twice! Some minor tweaks from Alec on the first run, but I was confident enough during the second one to fully do it. Everything is turned off and the platter has been re-covered. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Updated keys for Asteroid City and Spiderverse AND Muppets Take Manhattan uploaded

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I filled out the cue sheets for this week except for Barbenheimer timing and certain events. The only playlist I didn't see was for Blue Sunshine and NoBudge. But automation has been scheduled for everything else. 

Tomorrow's cue sheets were also cross referenced with automation and are all set. 

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: At long last, our national nightmare is over. The scaffolding has lifted and the posters have been updated. I fully put up new posters in the liberated frames and it all looks great! Some folks even wanted the sun-dried old posters for the memories.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
