To do this evening/ was completed: A busy night with all the usual Tuesday business, but cue sheets and automation should be all set for this coming week! 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I made the first run playlists for this week except for Barbie and Oppenheimer, which were already built,

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Trivia went off tonight with nary a hitch. 

I didn't have a chance to run the platter in Theater 4 with the port glass, but I did put it back at the end of the night. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Oppenheimer, Asteroid City, Spider-Verse, and Past Lives uploaded 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I inspected all of E.T. tonight, which is in gorgeous shape. Very little splices, image is gorgeous, and hey, not a walkie talkie as far as I could see. They're back on shipping reels for now and in Theater 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I filled out the cue sheets for this coming week and scheduled automation. Everything but events this week. Note that there's a slight difference between Saturday and Sunday's showtimes in Theater 2

Tomorrow's cue sheets and automation have been checked and should be all set for tomorrow

Additional Notes: Nathaniel asked me about a VHS of Dirty Dancing with a stopwatch wrapped around it that has been in MOD. We said we would both ask about it on our respective blogs

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
