Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a private event show playlist for 13 Going on 30 on 7/27 in T4 but the event memo needs additional information before this show playlist can be finalized since the holding slide is still "TBD" (for now I have used a generic NPP logo slide to fill the space); also tested this in T4 after the final round and added light cues for the credits

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Brought in chairs and set up mics for the Blue Sunshine screening in T3 which went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Misfits DCP was locally ingested to T2; keys were ingested earlier for Barbie and Oppenheimer so I added this to the whiteboard in 4/6 (and removed Blue Sunshine from the other one too) 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Safe and uploaded stills to the shared drive + tagged Conrad and Cristina

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Added "now showing" snipes above the posters for Barbie and Oppenheimer

Additional Notes: I read through Lillian's "housekeeping" notes for the Oppenheimer run of show and took note of the details regarding the threading of the print that had initially missed me (i.e. the double countdowns at the top of the first reel)

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
