NPP Projection Close 7/20



To do this evening/ was completed: Our first Oppenheimer shows have landed folks. We have given them the power to entertain themselves. The first two shows went off without a hitch and we're in great shape going in to the weekend.

Print/video Inspection: I inspected all of Runaway. It's a little warped and starting to smell like vinegar, but the image is still really nice. It's mostly rewound on shipping reels except for Reel 1, which no matter how many times in either booth and any speed kept tenting. I've left it up in 4/6 

Twister was also post inspected and packed up. All it needs is labels and we should be all set to send it back!

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
