To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Barbie OCAP show in T3 (second round) did not play with captions on screen as intended since the CCAP version was built into this show playlist instead; a guest asked for a closed captioning device, one was provided, after which Lillian and I realized the issue with the show playlist which was later fixed

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded updated keys for Elemental and Past Lives show playlists

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Oppenheimer 35mm run concluded in T1 after the first round

13 Going on 30 private screening in T4 went very smoothly with Chenelle's assistance but the Q&A lasted longer than expected and created a 10 minute delay in the pre-show for Barbie in the final round 

Shouting at the Screen + Donwill DJ set at Trees Lounge this evening went well; completed a sound check with Cristina and the event hosts beforehand

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Back on the Strip one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested feature content for Meg 2 (CCAP and OCAP versions in 5.1 & 7.1) from EclairPlay to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Threw away a ton of poster boxes + out of date posters that were filling up the poster cubby behind 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
