To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone, you should at some point see the email Alec sent out regarding August. We have, for the most part, everyone's PTO dates and other arrangements, but if anything comes up in the near future, please make us aware. End of July/August is going to be massively busy, so we'll want to nail things down. I do also want to mention that it would be in everyone's best interest if we all keep a good eye on the Event Calendar/Schedulefly for the changes being made since we're having to work around Oppenheimer and our Special Events (most of which are also on 35mm), so please remember to double check so you're in the loop. Thank you!

Presentation Issues: Showtimes board in the lobby hadn't properly updated. Rebooted the system and got it up and running again.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: NoBudge playlist built. Built out a quick preshow playlist for T6 today.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We're all set for Bamboozled this evening. I spent some time this morning running a reel of it on each projector to make sure presentation was sound. Should be a good show. Make sure the mixer is on and that Desmond has the spots remote!

The private in T6 went very well despite a somewhat tricky start. The manual transitions between each episode were just fine, not perfect, but totally acceptable (hard to make that perfect when jumping around so much). In the beginning I switched over to the BluRay Flat Zoom setting on the projector, but it didn't immediately translate, after a moment of initial confusion, I checked quick controls and clicked the alternate content setting which is essentially the same thing (or at least that's what I've chosen before on other projectors when running something like this) and it worked.

I checked out the new DCP of A Folded Ocean and it looks excellent. Sounds great, too. I built the playlist for NoBudge 34 and sifted through it. We'll find time to run through this, properly, with Desmond before the show next week.

FTP in the Cyberduck app was not working for the DCP of The Living End. Liased with with their folks about the login failure I kept receiving, despite it working well on their end. I am downloaded the DCP to the desktop, which will take a couple hours. Please check in on this every now and again. I've reached out to their folks again to see what other options we have whilst this downloads.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I checked the tracking info for The Truman Show, which stalled in Jersey because the barcode got messed up and needed to be relabeled. Should hopefully still get here by tomorrow, but we'll keep an eye on it.
