To do this evening/ was completed: (I'm here late to get my eyes on Twister

Hey projectionists. Tomorrow morning, Oppenheimer will be delivered. Safe to say, this is going to be an insanely busy time. The next few weeks are going to be pretty mad, but we're going to do great. Matthew sent out the film schedule today, detailing the changes Oppenheimer will bring. As back up, we will be running a DCP of Oppenheimer whilst the print runs. We'll detail this more formally in a separate email (along with other housekeeping notes on Oppenheimer 35 shows ~ I'm writing up some of this in a doc. i.e before and after cleaning procedures plus how to take care of ourselves and respond to others whilst working).

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd all of the Oppenheimer/Barbie preshow content. UPDATE: I reached out to Kat this morning with a few q's about the Oppenheimer preshow, turns out she was uploading a new set. I have downloaded and ingested both! Thanks, Kat. We will need to properly tech these tomorrow.

I rebuilt the Oppenheimer playlists for Digital Shows and built the playlist for 35mm (preshow/trailers) - I might update this tomorrow after some tests with cues. Stay tuned. Everything is updated with new preshow/forecasts.

Trailer packs have been double checked and adjusted with the correct volume.

Made and ingested the DCP for the Runaway slide for Cristina.

Downloaded and ingested the following:
TLR_NPP_FORECAST_0721A
TLR_NPP_FORECAST_0721B
TLR_NPP_TheIsland
TLR_NPP_Lethal Weapon 4

Trailer Updates: Tech'd a lot of trailers today, double checked volume for: Poor Things, Paw Patrol, Trolls, Bottoms, The Meg 2.

Special Events/ AV set up: Desmond and I went over the last short film for NoBudge (A Folded Ocean, the one we previously had issues with) and I adjusted the volume for it. We looked over the slide, too. Everything's set for this evening. I went through the playlist this morning to make sure it all looked right and tested all wireless microphones to make sure they're working properly.

Before changing the lens/plate to Scope in T1 for this evening, I ran a bit of the Truman Show for Desmond, got volume. It's on the white card attached to the first reel, as per usual. I'd like to go over masking this week since I noticed a few bits n bobs needed to be adjusted.
Changed back to scope, ran lops after teching Truman. We're all set for Twister tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: See notes above for Truman Show

Put the Time Cop trailer on a house reel for next week. Ran it and got a volume I think is rather reasonable, but this can get tech'd again with someone actually in the room since I was using my booth ears to judge by way of the monitor. This is in 4/6.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added info for The Mist (not yet live).

Maintenance/cleaning: Will is cleaning the projectors and making the rounds.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Adjusted NoBudge before opening today.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:
