Projection Admin/Close 7/25 (Lillian and Will)

To do this evening/ was completed: Ran Safe this evening. Screening was great. Print is ready for re-inspection. Focus was largely on booth 1 in addition to making the usual rounds. Oppenheimer print run was smooth sailing today. I cleaned and turned off the rectifiers following the final round (Will)

Presentation Issues: Noticed that the 35mm playlist for Oppenheimer had been scheduled in T2 for first round. Changed this to the correct DCP playlist.

Special Events/ AV set up: Informed Cristina that I'd tech'd the print of Safe myself since she isn't feeling well and couldn't come in today. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the three August intro slides from Desmond. Made DCPs of all of these and ingested them to the TMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Got volume for Safe, checked the image on screen.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the projectors in T4 and T1 for Safe and Oppenheimer. Ran loops for both shows earlier in the day. Cleaned the patter in T1 and threaded up for Will's first round so it'd be set once he got in. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Started on the 7/28 cue sheets. Checked tomorrow. Offset was wrong for one Barbie show. Updated this.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
