Projection Close 7/14
To do this evening/ was completed: Quick coverage for Jack tonight.
Presentation Issues: No presentation issues! Films ran smoothly.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: We received some of the new round of content from Kat. I started downloading as much as possible to the DCPII drive. j2c files always take the longest, of course, so it's been a bit of a slow evening. Keep an eye on what pops up on the drive.
What I've downloaded:
PS_FR_Oppenheimer_25min
PS_FR_Oppenheimer_15min
PS_FR_Oppenheimer_5min
PS_FR_Barbie_25min
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Go the Time Cop trailer out for Cristina, but it's Flat. (To play before Runaway). Waiting on whether or not we'll show it.
At the end of the night, I was able to take a look at The Living End, which screens August 16th. The file is absolutely fine! We won't need that drive shipped out. I let them know in the email chain. I will say that it's 1.37 instead of 1.78 as the CPL suggests, but that happens. It is also SUPER loud at 4.0 and far too quiet at 3.5, so 3.7/3.8 is a happy level.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Inspected The Truman Show and uploaded a ton of photos to the drive. Tagged Conrad. Print is in good condition and should be a super fun show! Bit of accordion damage towards the end of one reel near the m/c...functionally, that's the worst of it. Otherwise it's just suffered some unfortunate scuffs from residue/base scratches. This was definitely plattered a lot. Color is really nice, but it's 1998 Kodak, so of course it's lovely.
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Took out the trash in T1.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Double checked cue sheets for the weekend and we're good to go. OCAP screenings are correct. Lots of shows...
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?: Big, mysterious box with some wood crate thingamajig was on the projection cart. Jeremy thought it was for us but it was for the bar, I believe. I moved the rest of the packaging off the cart.
