To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested all pre-show content for Gran Turismo and built its show playlists

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Oppenheimer screening in theater 4 went smoothly this afternoon + cleaned the projector and platter after it concluded; The Living End in theater 4 this evening had to be started manually but ran as automated without any trouble

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded a bunch of new keys for upcoming first run and special events titles; ran Rush Hour through Handbrake this afternoon and began converting it through DCP-o-matic this evening (approximately 17 hours left as of this writing)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Viva print was taken down to booth 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked these agains the schedule and everything is in order for tomorrow afternoon and evening; added pre-show information to the cue sheet for tomorrow for Viva and scheduled/added credit offset times for Blue Beetle

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Out of Sight, Hard Target, and Blue Beetle 

Posters updated?: Added a now playing snipe above Blue Beetle in the lobby

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?:

Additional Notes: The dry erase board in 4/6 has been updated with new first run title information

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
