Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons Toons & Booze setup went very fast this evening despite the tight turnaround from the preceding Barbie screening and the hosts got the show underway by 9PM (left the setup beneath the curtain for the show on Saturday)

Oppenheimer screenings in T4 went smoothly this evening (the projector was cleaned, print covered, and rectifiers were turned off for the night)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional one sheets for Meg 2 were delivered and stored in the poster cubby behind 3/7 (we had already placed one outside earlier in the week)

Ordering/Receiving (content): Deluxe emailed the other day about True Romance content becoming available but it is nowhere to be found on the server

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked these against the TMS and the website (the first round of TMNT in T6 was accidentally scheduled as an OCAP screening; changed it back to a CCAP one)

Marquee updated?: Removed At Close Range and Asteroid City and added Last Action Hero (we are running low on forward slashes so adding screening dates next to the special event titles is proving a bit difficult)

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the whiteboard in 4/6 to reflect the current first run titles

The pole used to place the letters on the marquee finally gave out and snapped in half (this was tossed but there was a spare in 3/7 that just needs that bit of rope strung through the suction cup at the end of it)

Brought the DCPIII drive back up to 4/6 from behind 3/7

    Hey all. Just so everyone's aware-- we are getting the physical drive of True Romance today. It is out for delivery.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
