To do this evening/ was completed: Teched show playlists for The Sentinel (volume levels were adjusted accordingly for this feature) and NoBudge shorts program

Scheduled show playlists for Stop Making Sense on 9/28

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated Stop Making Sense show playlists with generic pre-show content

Built, scheduled, and teched a pre-show playlist for Death Wish 3 on 9/28 with all of the necessary trailer elements per Cristina's request

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked spotlight and wash functionality in addition to testing all microphones required for the NoBudge event this evening

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Anatomy of a Fall one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and uploaded new keys for Barbie, Bottoms, The Nun II, and TMNT: Mutant Mayhem

Downloaded and ingested file elements for the Final Destination 2 trailer to be played before Cristina's intro to Death Wish 3

No luck downloading and ingesting content for Cora Bora for NewFest (there are three of a total six feature files that need to be unzipped within the main feature folder itself which seem to be causing this issue)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Cristina asked that we run the trailer for Sudden Impact before Death Wish 3 so this was placed on a house reel and teched (volume levels have been noted and cues are set)

Additional Notes: Soundtrack app on the iPad in 4/6 was playing music throughout the morning which the MODs noted; kept the playlist paused until the building opened but had to reboot the app in order to connect back to the scheduled morning/early afternoon playlist since the next was not scheduled to start until 4PM

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
