Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled Running on Empty, also ingested the keys for the feature.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Had a good show of A Little Princess, though SRD on P1 is not working (I think this went out on us not long ago but I'll check back though notes). I'll look into this during the week but for tomorrow select SR as the sound format and bypass the penthouse reader.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the remaining OCAP DCPs for the Trans + Realism NewFest shorts program, "Dismantle Me" and "Digital Curanderas."

The drive with the Hayseed DCP on it (for a private tech on Tuesday) is ExFAT formatted, so not readable by the TMS and IMSes. I copied it to DCPIII and ingested it to T4.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Death Wish 3 got picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Repaired the torn perf in reel 1 of Chinese Ghost Story, got permission from AFA yesterday. Also inspected reel 2, pretty much the same deal as the first reel (though no damage needing repair)--a fair bit warped at the head but smooths out as it goes on.

Marquee updated?: Updated the 35mm titles with Love Witch (but didn't have any 'N's left to put up the Q&A with Anna Biller) and The Thing Called Love. Also took down the date next to Rear Window on the other side, no need to put dates up here since it already says "Sat & Sun." Brunch titles should be changed tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
