Special Events/ AV set up: Alec ran the archival print of Fear of a Black Hat in theater 4; set up the mics/mixer for karaoke at Trees Lounge this evening

Fear of a Black Hat went well! I removed the failsafe (for the automation console) from P1 and replaced it with a single roller, I think this is what was causing occasional breaks to the countdown leader. Worked well during tonight's show. -AL

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Alec started running the blu-ray rip of Krull through HandBrake this evening; new KDMs for Passages were ingested for tomorrow

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Godzilla (1998) print is on the cart and will be picked up tomorrow afternoon

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Organized the poster cubby in the 3/7 booth and added some first run film posters to the archive tube

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked times for tomorrow against the TMS and scheduled shutdown cues except for theater 2 (not sure if the final round will need to be started manually following the event)

Marquee updated?: Added letters to the 14th street side marquee for the Range Life event tomorrow morning and left out letters on the workbench in the 3/7 booth for A Sigh of Origin

Removed Talk to Me and put letters for A Haunting in Venice in its place

Posters updated?: Added a "now showing" snipe above the poster for A Haunting in Venice outside 

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the special events whiteboard in 4/6 with film titles through the end of October; an order of additional letters and some twine for the yellow marquee pole is needed ASAP

No guests showed for the last round in theater 7 (The Equalizer 3 at 10PM) so MODs radioed up to end the show

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
