To do this evening/ was completed: Transferred the following content to the TMS: Generic SciFi preshow 5min, 15min, 25min. PS_SE_KGO_FF, River Phoenix preshow 5 min & 15min, Don't Go In There trailer, Book PSA for Dall, PS_SE_KGO_FF, forecasts for 9/29. 

I have Cora Bora (NewFest feature) downloading again to the T1 desktop. That came in a rather confusing series of folders in Google Drive. I've singled out the files I think are correct, though it's a little hard to tell and there might be another file (for subs) that needs to go in the folder. 

Another NewFest feature, Chestnut, is extracting on the 4/6 desktop. This has been taking awhile, making the comp here stagger loads. It's almost finished, so once this is done please move it to the DCPII drive for ingest. 

Presentation Issues: No presentation issues. One manual start. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Stop Making Sense has 3 min of credits. Wrote this up on the board. I haven't made the playlist yet as there's no preshow content listed on the trailer sheet. I reached out to Kat about this.

I reached out to Kim to see if we could get that feature This Place any other way so that we're not having to set up an account (which is much trickier than usual with that service they're using) so hopefully we'll have backup. Would be better to have other options anyway, seeing as how we'll only have one chance to download it...

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
