NPP Projection Admin 10/10



To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Hayseed with the filmmaker and Chenelle, he was pleased with the DCP, volume logged (4.5).

Ran the first reel of A Thing Called Love with Cristina, volume logged.

Re-inspected The Love Witch and packaged it up. Return shipping can be scheduled tonight or tomorrow.

Ran through a lot of NewFest content with Desmond, Dustin and Kim. Some adjustments will need to be made (removing the lights down cue attached to the intro slide for playlists that are screening in T3, which is mostly the feature film programs, not the shorts). Volumes logged for trailers and the feature content as well, all of which has been listed on the NewFest tech sheet. Dustin asks whether each piece of content has a stereo or surround soundtrack--just a heads up for Thursday, as we were not able to tech one of the shorts programs in T1 due to time constraints (Pop Goes The Culture). 

Mentioned this to Alec but the NewFest playlists I built were exhibiting some peculiarities, mainly that Digital One cues weren't executing like they should and that one of the playlists inexplicably kept rewinding itself. Something we can tech tomorrow. 

Was able to successfully download and ingest the DCP for Kill Your Lover. Put it up on screen and it looks and sounds great. We received a drive today that has all of the preshow content related to this feature/Brooklyn Horror and I ingested everything on that as well, aside from another feature-length DCP for KYL.

Downloaded and ingested Generic_Musicals preshow content, built playlists for Dicks The Musical. 

Started scheduling in the TMS.

Alec set up the Live Cinema gear for NOTLD, all good to go.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
