NPP Projection Close 10/30



To do this evening/ was completed: Blair Witch 2 screening + intro/Q&A went smoothly. Recorded the Q&A and will upload the file to Drive tomorrow morning. Print will be re-inspected tomorrow morning as well.

DJ setup for Trees party went smoothly as well. Equipment broken down afterward.

Downloaded and ingested Keanu preshow content for the Matrix private screening coming up. Playlist built.

Started scheduling the coming week in the TMS.

KOTFM OCAP T6 specific playlist was missing feature volume. MOD walkie'd about ten minutes into the feature. Playlist updated.

Practical Magic feature ingested to TMS. I couldn't access the T3 IMB webpage from the monitor in the 3/7 booth (this server was greyed out, all others were accessible) so opted to ingest to TMS and then transfer.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
