Special Events/ AV set up: The Witches went OK. Wasn't expecting this print to be in such rough shape. Inspection report says "good" condition but it definitely leans heavily toward "Fair." Beginnings/ends of reels are scratched/dirty, fair amount of splices, and all reels have a magenta discoloration around image contours in one section of the frame, accompanied by consistent black blotches. Print is ready to go for tomorrow's screening.

The new spotlights for T4 and T3 came. I'll have to test them out in the theater, they are definitely brighter than the ones we have now but they might not illuminate a large enough area, just depends how far back we position them. Will test them out during my next admin time,

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded the Rocky Horror file to play in Trees for the event on Monday. Added it to Plex in a folder called "Trees Event 10/30"

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted all the first run features we lost this week.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Timing for The Witches, today and tomorrow, was off. Intro was listed as going from 12:10 to 12:25 for some reason, so credits timing was about 10 minutes off. Radioed MOD after the feature started. These times were just copied over to Sunday as well despite the screening not having an intro tomorrow. Adjusted the timing for tomorrow.

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
