NPP Projection Report 10/7 Close


To do this evening/ was completed: Please make sure you're checking the next day's cue sheets every night, thoroughly. There was an incorrect credit time for the last round in 4 tonight. Also apparently the first round missing entirely from 7.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Bumped Paw Patrol volume to 6.0 in all playlists.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The rolling table from Spoons was left out in the theater, this should go back under the curtain when the show is done.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Justin from BK Horror sent the download link for Kill Your Lover, since the drive he sent to Williamsburg somehow got corrupted before it made it to us (WB was able to ingest from it fine). Downloaded this and it's ingesting.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Put Final Destination and The Witches on house reels.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Tried swapping the penthouse reader on P2 in Th4. Still no SRD. The processor is not getting anything from the reader apparently. Just a dash on the error readout and no "F.” The cable i switched yesterday might be bad, we've moved these around so much I can't remember what works and what doesn't. So I will try pulling another cable from the Th6 Simplexes and see if that solves it.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, tomorrow is all good.

Marquee updated?: We are going to get the text for the marquee to advertise NewFest soon, this will go up on the south facing side, by the roundabout. So we can hold off on adding any new rep titles for now.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
