Projection Admin 10/12



To do this evening/ was completed: Getting back into the swing of things...reading, highlighting, generally catching up on some emails. I appreciate you all holding down the fort here.

Tech'd a bunch with Desmond and Dustin this afternoon.
Note: We will only have two light settings for NewFest, one stage left spot for all intros and centre spots for q&a (these are already programmed, though tomorrow I'll see if we can make a new double spots setting with them a bit lower since HBO might prefer that), and they'd prefer to keep preshow lights on (not house lights down) for these as well. I've adjusted all the playlists to reflect these changes. Added any /all masking changes for the slides. 

Added volume to all shorts for Pop! Goes The Culture playlist. Adjusted volume for Warner Bros trailer. 

Added volume and lens/masking changes to Afternoon Delirium playlist. 

New Lucky Fish short looks/sounds great. The correct short is in the playlist. 

New Year Long Boulder file looks and sounds great. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Apparently we've been getting complaints (just this past week) about Bottoms being too loud in T7. We're only showing it a few more times in there, so I made a T7 playlist for it with the volume we settled on today and scheduled them all in there so we don't have to think about it. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up 5 chairs in T2 this morning for this evening's screening of Kill Your Lover. They'll need four wireless mics. Will is on it for tonight. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got forwarded the two episodes for Our Flag Means Death from HBO via Aspera. Downloaded and ingested. 
Received and ingested all KDMs - all set for our tech tomorrow! The window is from 11am to 3pm. 


Checked the TMS and noticed quite a few KDMs for A1s were about to expire this Friday. Uploaded new keys for A Haunting in Venice, Barbie, Bottoms, The Creator. Uploaded KDM for My Own Private Idaho.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
