Projection Admin 10/25 Alec and Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Hello everyone! Alec sent out another email about our projection meeting as it's been changed to November 9th. Please make sure you respond to this and don't show up to Williamsburg tomorrow unless you're on a shift! Thanks!

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built another playlist for The Witches without the Intro. We can tech The Killer tomorrow. The amount of credits is on the white board.
Built the playlist for Nosferatu
Built the playlists for The Killer with the new 5min preshow.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for Museum of Home Video tonight, it will be run from a laptop in the front of the theater, so video and sound should be hooked up the same way we do for Spoons. The AJA is ready to go under the curtain, you'll just need to connect the sound from his laptop (I connected an XLR to the processor in the booth). He'll also be using a wireless mic from the PA, which I also set up and tested. Gain is lowered to -12dB on the Shure mixer in the booth and it sounds great this way. During the show you'll just need to do the spots for the talking segments between the videos. -AL

Also set up everything for Shouting at the Screen tomorrow. The PA speakers are on stands behind the curtain on either side of the screen, wireless mics are connected through the Yamaha mixer. All four wireless mics are under the curtain in the theater as well, I moved the charging dock down there. They'll also do a slideshow intro off a laptop, there is an HDMI extender under there ready to go. I set the levels for the mics with the movie playing but they'll do a sound check before doors. Set up should be easy, you'll just need to switch on the speakers and mixer, pull the speakers out onto the stage, and you'll be ready to test sound. -AL

Juan will be installing a webcam in Theater 1 tomorrow for recording Q&As. I emailed him with instructions and copied Lillian who will be here. -AL
