Special Events/ AV set up: Big Night Film Feast screening in theater 3 went very smoothly (note: mics were set up + tested/a mic stand was brought down but the staff/guests opted to intro without it; there was also no Q&A following the screening -- despite what the event memo stated -- but a second slide was added to the end of the SPL before it began just in case plans had changed last minute)

A mic/stand were set up at Trees at John's request for trivia following the Film Feast screening (the mic and its corresponding XLR and stand were put back in the mezzanine closet)

Divinity screening in theater 6 this evening played as automated and without any issues

Shrek and Volcano DCPs were ingested locally to theaters 1 and 2

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and uploaded keys for They Cloned Tyrone and Trolls Band Together (the latter were sent around 6:40 following Lillian's inquiry to Deluxe)

Copied Volcano to the DCPIII drive in theater 1 in order to ingest it to theater 2 since neither the TMS or projector itself could read the drive elements

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
