NPP Projection Close 11/19
To do this evening/ was completed: Updated the special events whiteboard in 4/6 with titles through the end of December
Presentation Issues: Carly noted one of the pre-show segments preceding Anatomy of a Fall in theater 6 was louder than usual so I brought it down from 3.5 to 3.2; likely just the clip not having its audio mixed down
Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up:
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content):
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Jack removed all brunch content from the TMS this afternoon
Print/video Inspection: There are two sizable portions in the first reel of Lethal Weapon which have been spliced in that contain no soundtrack. I inspected reel two as a precautionary measure but this had a consistent soundtrack throughout. Jack had originally inspected the print and made mention of it but did not have a chance to tech the film himself. I ran the first reel this evening after the last round concluded and there are, in fact, two instances of total silence for a few scenes. The first section is about two minutes long and the second is a single 30 second long scene. I have attached a few photos below that show where the soundtrack is cut off and what the film looks like sans the audio waveform
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Swept the stairs to booths 1 and 4/6 + brought down additional compressed air cans to booth 1 (another order of these would do the booths some good since the stock in 4/6 is beginning to run low)
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked against the TMS and all showtimes are accurate
Marquee updated?: Jack updated letters this afternoon
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
Projection cart by entrance?:
