NPP Projection Close 11/20 - 11/21 Admin



To do this evening/ was completed: Built T6 playlists and scheduled the coming week in the TMS. Cue sheets for next week have been completed.

Downloaded all NoBudge shorts from Drive. The first eight have been DCP'd and ingested, #9 is in DCPoMatic right now.

Double-checked SE playlists for tonight, updated Buffalo '66 slightly (preshow volumes).

Ran loops in T1 for Buffalo, framing and focus set, but always double-check focus. The loops don't always make for a sharp image right out of the gate. Cleaned the projectors afterward.

Gave 4/6 a sweep and mop.

Took In The Heat of the Night CRU drive to UPS dropoff.

Tech'd Napoleon and Napoleon preshow content--all good to go.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
