To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: T6 appears to be offline on the TMS (the overview tab is not displaying playback progress) despite the fact that content has been playing all night without any issue

Final round in T4 did not begin as scheduled and was delayed by some ten minutes

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an SPL for Renaissance for the week of 12/1

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Chenelle requested a third mic be added to the front for the Going to Mars private screening in theater 4; the intro went as planned and the screening + Q&A went smoothly

Raising Cain screening in theater 1 was a success

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Maestro one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested a "keep the aisles clear" slide Kat made for the Renaissance SPL

Downloaded and uploaded keys for Renaissance, Maestro, Killers of the Flower Moon, Priscilla, and Napoleon to the TMS

Ingested pre-show content for Renaissance that was stored on the DCPII drive and built the SPL (Alec graciously helped sort out a file issue with the content via Splashtop)

John Woods dropped by this evening to deliver a hard drive containing Christmas Evil (locally ingested this to theater 2)

Began locally ingesting Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 to theater 2

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The box containing Seconds was placed on the cart for its scheduled pickup tomorrow

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected the Raising Cain print and packaged it for return shipping

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes; times for tomorrow are accurate (Dream Scenario in T2 needed to be pushed back one minute on the TMS to allow for it and Renaissance to be scheduled back to back)

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Renaissance

Posters updated?: Removed Wonka from its exterior poster case and replaced it with Maestro

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
