NPP Projection Close/Admin 11/28



To do this evening/ was completed: Locally ingested The Trouble With Angels and Fantastic Planet to their respective servers. Fantastic keys uploaded. Mandy content removed from TMS.

Downloaded and ingested Maestro feature and preshow content, Christmas_AllAges_V2 content ingested as well.

Built T6-specific playlists and scheduled the week in TMS, cue sheets started.

Ran a reel of Raising Cain for Cristina, volume noted. Ran loops afterward, framing and focus set for tonight. Cleaned the projectors afterward.

Re-inspected reel three of Seconds just to make sure all tears were tended to, as there are many. All good.

Set up two mics for the private Taste of Things event. One of those mics came from T1 equipment bin so just keep that in mind when breaking down.

Double checked tonight's SE playlists.

Still no DCP for Renaissance, the Beyonce concert film. When looking at our order on Deluxe, Delivery is listed as "physical" with a deadline listed for last night. Can't find the CRU drive today, doesn't seem like it was delivered. Reaching out to Deluxe to see if they can provide an electronic download.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
