NPP Projection Report 11/28 Close


To do this evening/ was completed: Another reminder about the NPP account passwords spreadsheet. Please update this when passwords get changed, not just on the notes app on the iMac. Furthermore, if you update a password and add it to the Notes app, delete the old, obsolete password. There were three different passwords for the Deluxe portal listed on there. Also don't add random unrelated notes to it, start a new note if you need to write something down. I deleted all the old passwords and random notes. - Alec

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I started downloading the Popstar Vehicle preshow clips for the Renaissance playlist, which finished downloading and loading onto DCPII

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Taste of Things event in Theater 4 went great! There was a slight delay with the start of the intro, but we just kept the slide paused until the moderator and surprise guest Juliette Binoche arrived. The Q+A with the director also went great and everything is broken down.

Trivia was also smooth as it so often is. Everything is broken down as well and put in the DJ box

Seconds went very well. Reinspected the print, it's back on its shipping reels and in the box. Can get sealed up tomorrow. - Alec

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I did the cue sheets for next week. Everything is there except for Renaissance and Christmas Evil timing and one empty round in Theater 5 on Thursday 12/7. I assume it's for a private event that doesn't have event memo yet, so I left them blank for now. 

Tomorrow's cue sheets cross referenced with tomorrow's automation and set. I added the timing for the Private Event in Theater 4 per the event memo.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
