To do this evening/ was completed: Renaissance can get added to the marquee

One of the coming soons outside (Wonka or American Fiction) should get replaced with Maestro, too.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a DCP of the holding slide for tonight's private event, added it to the playlist before and after the feature. Checked the feature as well quickly, it's all good.

Raising Cain playlist was also missing the intro slide so I added it and the necessary cues.

Scheduled Renaissance staff screenings, sent out the email and put them on the calendar.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up mics in T4 for the private event tonight. Levels set, you just need to turn the mixer on.

Checked the new setup for Spoons, which essentially runs their laptop audio through an HDMI audio extractor in the booth so we can run the wireless mics to the Yamaha mixer in the theater. So we no longer need a separate cord for their laptop sound, it'll all go through the HDMI. We still connect it to the Mic input on the processor, the cable for this is hanging on the wall in the booth by the rack, clearly labeled. Works well.

1.85 lenses and plates are set in T1.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Got Maestro posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Still DCP.

Downloaded Silent Night Deadly Night 2, it's extracting onto the DCPIII drive down in booth 1 now.

Uploaded our Elf DCP to my Google Drive in case we need it again in the future.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed the return label for Seconds and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning: I set up the new webcam in Theater 2, cables are all run through. Will plug them in and test it out on Friday.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
