Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made the Priscilla babies playlist for next Tuesday.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the mics in Trees for karaoke.

Juan drilled a larger hole into the T1 port window frame this morning to feed the cables for the new webcam through. This is all set--it’s connected to the computer and the wireless mic mixer is connected directly--for tomorrow night's Q&A.

Also talked to him about mounting the spotlights in T3 & T4. Should be pretty simple, the next step is just installing an outlet to plug them in. Arranging getting the electrician in with Matthew for this.

Set up the audio from the HDMI extractor in T1 for Spoons. The XLR cable to connect to the mic input on the CP750 is hanging on the wall by the rack in the booth. Audio should be all set once the laptop is connected to the extender (AJA) and that XLR is connected to the processor. We no longer need to use the wall panels for their laptop sound, freeing one up to connect the wireless mics to the PA speakers.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got more Wonka posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content): John is bringing the Face/Off blu-ray tonight, this screens on Monday so please rip it and run the file through HandBrake once it arrives.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Valley Girl got picked up.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added rep DCPs for this month, make sure you add all event content when you update this doc, not just prints.

Added tracking for Lola, which should be here tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
