Projection Admin 11/10



To do this evening/ was completed: Took the last two rounds of Five Nights at Freddy's off the TMS since they'll both be manual starts (basically zero turn around time) and highlighted this on the sheets. Notified Paul about this, too.

So glad to hear the event for Mr. Kneff went well last night! The hosts are super happy. I handed off the drive to a representative today. 

Tech'd the following for image/sound/volume and credits info this morning:

Evangelion 
Divinity  
I have built playlists for reach feature listed above.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the correct Anime preshow for Evangelion. 

In the Heat of the Night KDM opens 11/13, so we can get eyes on it then to make sure everything in the playlist is ready to go. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Folks came in this morning to take engagement photos in T1. Adjusted lights for them. Nothing else needed! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Elf to the TMS, sent the feature to T1. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the last 3 reels of Lola. Print report up! Photos I have are on the drive. Jack can add to this what he took of the first 3. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Tracking added for The Hudsucker Proxy and Long Kiss Goodnight. Added the rest of November titles and ALL December titles for special events. 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated and checked. Added info for Face Off, Evangelion, Practical Magic, In the Heat of the Night.

Marquee updated?: Checked today and we're up to date. 

Posters updated?: Up to date. Received Mean Girls 2. Stored/catalogued in 3/7.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
