Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the Big Night playlist to reflect the Event Memo. Cue sheet updated with the correct info. 

Keys opened for In the Heat of the Night. Tech'd the playlist and took the house lights up cue out since it's so incredibly short and we've got that full house cue after the feature ends. Cue sheets are correct. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: No intros this evening.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Dream Scenario and A Street Car Named Desire will arrive tomorrow. No info yet for Trolls in the Deluxe portal.  
New Priscilla keys got ingested today.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Bringing the DCP of Night of the Hunter to the post office this eve. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Added new grease to P2 in T1. Couldn't get the screw to the gate open the other night, but I did this morning. Ran the motors on both projectors to let them settle in a bit. 

Started on T4 projectors for their deep clean/grease change. Made a lot of headway. Will get started on the section below the main drive shaft on Weds! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked today's times. All set!

Marquee updated?: Checked the marquee. Brunch titles for next weekend are good. 

Roger is coming to NPP this Friday to meet with us about getting film up n running in T2. Stay tuned. :)

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
