To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone! Friendly reminder to look over the updated AOR document that Alec made some changes to. Get your eyes on it when you can and reach out with any questions!

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff Screenings playlist for Napoleon is built. We'll screen this Weds and next Monday. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We've got NoBudge #36 coming up, and today we started downloading and transcoding the films. (once the current short, Thrashing, is done transcoding) please ingest the following content from the DCPII drive:

I have the 3rd NoBudge short, I Am Never Having Kids, transcoding in T1. Please continue downloading, transcoding and ingesting these. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Reorganized the poster cubby and added to the archive tube behind 3/7 (Renaissance is the next first run title to screen following Napoleon but we still need to order posters for this) -WB

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out about the Lethal Weapon reel 1 issue. We're in conversation with the distro and they should be sending a new reel or a new print very soon. More to follow. 

KDM window opened up today for Going to Mars, the private on 11/29. Tech'd and built the playlist. 

Reached out to Chenelle about the private event on 11/28. She's trying to lock in information for this by Weds. 

Uploaded keys for Priscilla, Anatomy of a Fall

DCP for the private on 12/05 will come through on 11/30, first KDM window on 12/01. 

John is reaching out about Titanic tracking. Cristina will forward us tracking for Seconds.

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the lamp in T3 today as per the warning and the number hours used. Suuuuuper tricky procedure in that crawl space and I will be sleeping straight on my back tonight, but the new lamp is working beautifully. 

Swept and mopped in booth 1 + cleaned and dusted both projectors and belts -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated and checked twice. Everything's all set for today. 

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Napoleon -WB

Posters updated?: Added a "now showing" snipe above Napoleon -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
