Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the following content from Kat for 12/01:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a few posters. Stored and catalogued in 3/7.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got sent the DCP through Eclair for the private on 11/28. This has been ingested to the TMS and sent to its destination theatre. It's encrypted. I requested a tech window and sent our certs. 

Checked in on Shadow of a Doubt and Chicken Run KDMs, which should arrive soon. 
Keys for Mandy are pending, but were supposed to have been delivered by now. Reached out to John. 
Ingested new keys for Priscilla. 

Made and ingested the slide for Dream Girls. 

Made the DCPs for Waiter and Anything Helps, to finish off the NoBudge 36 films. These have both been ingested to the TMS and sent to T1. Ingested Isaac from the previous day. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Buffalo 66 on its way out. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes! Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Starting inspecting and cleaning the lamp houses in T2, making notes on functioning parts and those that need a little more tlc. Following up with Roger tomorrow to see what he's discussed with BLS.

Updated some info on the boards. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and looked over the week ahead. Will check them again tomorrow and continue to fill in for special events.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
