To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet night on my end! Just maintenance and double checking events this week. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Spent a good chunk of time checking our A1 11/17 playlists and special events playlists to cross reference info. 

Checked the TMS for the rest of the week and cross referenced with the cue sheets. 

Ran loops to check lamp radiance in T1 (more maintenance notes below). 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Seat that got taken out in T1 for 3rd round got put back safe n sound. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Rewound the Lola reels for smoother winds. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Spent the rest of the evening doing some very gross work with the gears. Differences are wonderful! Did the hefty cleaning this evening and will finish with proper lubrication/regreasing on Monday morning. Photos of some of our gorgeous gears below. Very happy with these results. Always a decent arm workout. 







Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked tomorrow and the rest of the week. Night of the Hunter is good to go tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
