To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Despite my double checking the cue sheets, TMS, and website yesterday morning there was an open captions screening of The Color Purple this afternoon that played without any text on screen; all efforts were made to ensure the guest who took notice of the error was appropriately taken care of, however, they did not require a closed captioning device for the duration of the film (no other guests issued any complaints regarding this mishap) and the screening continued without any issues

Update: turns out no open caption "T4" show playlists were made for The Color Purple following the issue Alec ran into with the douser earlier in the week; I have since made these SPLs and scheduled them accordingly as tomorrow morning's OCAP screening of this film was also scheduled incorrectly as a CCAP show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Placed an order for one sheets for Drive Away Dolls through VisionMedia and reached out to the cinema team regarding placing an order for The Zone of Interest one sheets through A24

Love Lies Bleeding posters were delivered and stored in the cubby behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Scanned EclairPlay for upcoming special events content but not much has been uploaded to it for the month of January

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced a ceiling bulb in theater 3 between rounds this evening (I had adjusted it this morning after noticing the corner of the room was darker than usual but the filament burned out after)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked these against the TMS and website and adjusted them accordingly alongside the TMS with a couple missing OCAP screenings

Marquee updated?: Removed letters for The Boy and the Heron, Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro and reorganized the remaining first run titles on the park facing side

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
