Special Events/ AV set up: Dreamgirls went very well! Mic and mixer were broken down after the screening. Although one odd thing happened which didn't affect the presentation, but when I went to do the first changeover (to P1), I had to hit the motor switch twice before the motor actually started. It started when I hit the switch the first time for all other changeovers to this projector.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Migration to the TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a FedEx pickup for Dreamgirls tomorrow, it's on the cart.

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected and packed up the Dreamgirls print.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, all set for tomorrow.

Filled in timing for Elf, Cobra, Hudsucker Proxy, and the Boy and the Heron private event. Added the Maniac Cop 2, Iron Claw, American Fiction, and Migration shows, credits timing still needs to get filled in for these.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
