To do this evening/ was completed: Hi all. Jack is still out sick and cannot make his shift tomorrow, so I'll be in for a mid to closing shift and will arrive onsite at 1pm. There is a staff screening in T5 and a screener for our programmers in T4, both starting at around the same time. Playlists are built and everything has been blocked on the calendar. Will is gonna get his eyes on the screener since the keys open up at Midnight.

Keep an eye on T3, but I've sat in on Napoleon again this evening and we should be fine, but again, we'll be replacing this. 

The Wonka preshow - 5min, 15min, and 25min DCPs are all currently downloading to the DCPII drive. Please ingest to the TMS once complete. If there's time, please start downloading Poor Things preshow content. Thanks! 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Killers of the Flower Moon (Apple TV version) for tonight. Everything looks/sounds great. Update: I actually just met with one of the reps for this event tonight and they asked about a holding slide/spotify playlist which, along with not being in the event memo, is also not in any thread we have or linked in with any other materials. There was obviously some confusion on their end, since he didn't know what the holding slide is or who has it...but! I told him we already had the Scorsese preshow in the playlist (as seen in the event memo) and he's thrilled with it! So it should be a good show.

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the mixer in T1 for Spoons this evening. I tested the laptop image/sound connection along with the wireless mics and we're in business! Should be a great show. I've gone over the basic protocols with Will and he's all set.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the final keys for Beyond Utopia. 

Updated keys for Maestro and Priscilla. Double checked this upcoming week on the TMS to make sure there's no KDM surprises. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Features with keys that open tomorrow: Christmas Vacation, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, How To Have Sex. I'll tech all of these tomorrow morning, How To Have Sex will screen later that morning so I'll get my eyes on it first thing, but it should be just fine. 

Desmond and I will tech Dream Girls tomorrow after the screener. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran through the levels on the dolby app for T3, did some tests and listened to various features at their respective volumes. Right surround is definitely the problem spot. I adjusted this ever so slightly, but the static and distortion is certainly prominent when you run the tests. I went through the loudest parts of Maestro and Napoleon, where the distortion actually seems harder to pick up on as opposed to softer, mid level sound scene. Chances are, this speaker is dying just like the Left Side surround that Alec and I replaced a couple months ago. We'll be replacing this, but we shouldn't have any major issues this evening. 

Added Maestro information to the white board in 4/6. 

Kat came over this morning to get a sense of our Apple TV setup since, ultimately, we might have to ditch that instead of Plex. She's set things up on Plex so that it runs on a sort of blanket IP address for a more reliable connection whilst we tackle other options. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Made an adjustment to tomorrow's sheet. Added more info for Christmas Vacation, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Silent Night Deadly Night, Dream Girls. Please note that, for The Long Kiss Goodnight, Google will initially tell you that this movie is 1hr 43m, but it's not, it's 2 hrs. I've adjusted the cue sheet accordingly.
