Projection Admin 12/11



To do this evening/ was completed: Keep an eye out for the film schedule this evening! 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the GreatGowns preshow content. 

Built the Poor Things playlists for 12/08 and 12/15. Scheduled the 12/08 playlists on the TMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Moved the mixer from T3 into T7 for this evening. There's three chairs and three mics ready to go. I put a stand off to the side depending on what they prefer - we can always up the third mic in there for the intro. Please put everything back in T7 either tonight or tomorrow is totally fine! Everything has been tested - mics, dcp, etc. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Just another friendly reminder that the TLR_SE_BobbysWorld will be on the drive EOD tomorrow, so we can download/ingested and place it where necessary then. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Received the holding slide for tonight's event. This has been DCP-ified and the playlist is all set! 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Just so folks know - we have placed an order for more lamps. We'll get T4 updated as soon as possible. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated the cue sheets per the slight changes made to the private event in 7. Adjusted the showtimes for Wonka in T1 on Thursday since the timing was off. Added Poor Things/ Wonka info. 

Marquee updated?: Took down the weekend info (big workout!) and added the new brunch titles (Elf & Hudsucker Proxy) to the marquee, as well as the upcoming 35mm shows. Unused letters are back in 3/7, properly stored.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
