To do this evening/ was completed: Hi all! Please remember to send Alec (with Jess, Paul and I cc'd) your time-off requests for January by EOD tomorrow. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Wonka for image/sound. Everything looks and sounds great. Playlists are all set. 
Tech'd the intro video for the private on 12/18. Updated the playlist. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: FYI - for the event in Trees this evening (not projection related) I gave Jeremy an extension cord and power strip to keep the plates hot. Just pick this stuff up after! Thanks!

Set up the laptop in T3 for the staff meeting this afternoon. Everything went well! 

For the private on 12/18 the host confirmed that there will be no additional in-person intro, just the prerecorded video. They sent a Spotify link for preshow, which I put in the event memo. This will accompany the slide. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): John dropped off the DCP of Maniac Cop 2. Ingested this into T2. 

Downloaded and ingested the 5min, 15min, and 25min Migration preshow. 
Downloaded and ingested the 5min, 15min, and 25min Iron Claw preshow. 

Accidentally received the drive of White Christmas (this is for WB). I emailed Joe, Alec and John. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Dreamgirls and The Long Kiss Goodnight got picked up. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: The whiteboard above 4/6 with A1 info has been updated. 

Received our new lamps this afternoon. I'll replace the T4 lamp tomorrow. I stored the lamps and kept the insulated packaging materials since we could probably use them to carry the expired lamps to an eventual death. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the times for today. Checked the upcoming week. 

Marquee updated?: Added Wonka and Poor Things. Moved a few titles around to get rid of some gaps.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
