Projection Close 12/23 Lillian



To do this evening/ was completed: Hi all. Alec detailed the issues in T4 in his blog from today, so please get your eyes on that when you can. He also sent out an email about this. We've been stable this evening, but we'll definitely try to get this all fixed up as soon as we can. Alec scheduled T4 specific playlists through Monday. I added more for the rest of the week and built playlists for Color Purple and Ferrari OCAP. I'm trying to be optimistic about this getting sorted sooner rather than later, and we can always put the normal playlists back on the schedule if it does, but better safe than sorry. I moved the Tuesday staff screening of American Fiction into T5 and updated the calendar. 

I filled out the TMS schedule for 12/29 - 1/4

Updated the posters outside and adjusted the marquee this evening. I put up Mean Girls outside with the Coming Soon sign above. 
Tomorrow we'll have to put up Ferrari, then The Color Purple on the marquee for Sunday. Please remember to get your eyes on each feature before we open since the KDMs go live the day of their release. Be mindful of the posters in the lobby. Weird weekend for first releases! 

Built all the A1 playlists for 12/29 - 1/4 (if anyone notices that the forecasts are the same in these, please be advised that they're supposed to be that way. just a quick reminder that Kat asked that we use the same 12/22 forecasts in the 12/29 playlists!)

Highlighted all manual starts and/or tight turnarounds on the cue sheets.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
