NPP Projection Admin 1/18

To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Origin, volume and lights up noted, playlists updated. 

Transferred Midnight Run to T1, waiting on keys, which won't be delivered until 1/21, the day before the screening.

**At the moment, theaters two and three's playlists schedules are not showing up in the scheduler tab in the TMS. When you go to T2/3's IMS pages, the schedules appear as they should, so there's no need to worry about content missing/not having been scheduled. I tried restarting the TMS, which did not resolve the issue. You are still able to use quick controls and load content in these theaters through TMS, but just a heads up about this.

Desmond has sent over the latest round of NoBudge files, I've started downloading to 4/6. So far five DCPs have been made and placed in the NoBudge folder on the desktop: Ola, Ola, Angels Wings and Open Wounds, Telling George, A Men, Rumplestiltskin and Wise Words. The Google Drive folder Desmond created has a sub folder for converted DCPs. I'm not sure if this is for the filmmakers to hold on to a copy of their DCPs but I do recall a bit of conversation about not offering this type of service for free going forward. If anyone has any opinions let me know.

Finished inspecting Deer Hunter print, reels are rewound back onto shipping for the time being.

Outgoing CRU drives dropped off at UPS pickup.

Beautician letters taken down, The Fan up.

Downloaded and ingested new Ridiculous Sublime preshow content, as well as the Romance1990s and Blaxploitation101 trailers.

Alec and Juan installed new spotlights in T4 and attempted to do the same in T3 but will have to try again there.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
