To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Avoided a playback issue this evening as the final round of American Fiction in theater 6 was improperly scheduled as an OCAP screening (and no "T6" CCAP show playlist for this feature had been built) but I caught the error and corrected it

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Received a video intro from the director of All Dirt Roads Taste of Salt (Raven Jackson) and converted it to DCP + built and scheduled the show playlist for this film's screenings this weekend (update: tested this video intro and updated its volume; looks and sounds great)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Cemetery Man screening in theater 3 and the private event for Inheritance in theater 2 went smoothly and the drive was returned to the host following the show (the Q&A set up was broken down and the moving spots have been turned off for the time being) 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested keys for All Dirt Roads Taste of Salt, American Fiction, Poor Things, The Zone of Interest, and Wonka

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Continued inspecting The Deer Hunter and added notes for reels 5-7 to the inspection report

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes (and adjusted the cue sheets to show the overlap between rounds in theater 7 tomorrow evening)

Marquee updated?: The Beautician and the Beast can be taken down tomorrow (letters for The Fan were organized and left on the workbench behind 3/7)

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
