NPP Projection Close 1/21

To do this evening/ was completed: Kept an eye on theaters 4 and 6 given the technical issues we have been experiencing in these auditoriums the past few days...neither of these had any problems throughout the night

Presentation Issues: The cable box went into sleep mode up in 4/6 so the game went down at Trees; MODs radioed and a simple press of the power button on the box brought it back up

Preshow Clips/Playlist: A couple of manual starts this evening in theaters 3 and 4

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: NFL games were kept running throughout the evening down at Trees

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): A poster for Lisa Frankenstein was delivered and stored in the cubby behind 3/7

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the SPLs scheduled on the TMS and checked theaters 2, 3, and 7 individually; shutdowns are scheduled tonight and everything is set for tomorrow 

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Raging Bull and Magnificent Obsession to the brunch side

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
