To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The final round in theater 2 paused playback and was delayed by three minutes

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for scope in theater 1 and cleaned both projectors prior to the screening of The Fan screening this evening (this went very smoothly; picture and sound were sharp throughout)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Dune 2 posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Continued converting NSF24 shorts content to DCP and copied all available files to the DCPII drive from the NSF one; these were ingested to the TMS this evening

Car Wash was delivered this afternoon and brought up to 4/6

Downloaded and ingested new keys for The Boy and the Heron

Yi Yi feature content became available this evening through EclairPlay and was ingested to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected The Fan following the screening and packaged it for return shipping along with Taxi Driver (both prints are on the cart for the Sony courier to receive them if a return is locked in for tomorrow)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept up around booth 1 while setting up for The Fan

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes (double checked against the schedule tab and website and initialed for confirmation); a single Poor Things OCAP show needed to be adjusted but has been fixed

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Removed some titles from the trivia section and reorganized the cubby; removed Kung Fu Panda 4 from outside and replaced it with Argylle since it is opening sooner

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
