To do this evening/ was completed: Mean Streets print went super well this morning. Big, enthusiastic crow. 

Presentation Issues: Not a presentation issue, but T7 Christie touch panel (what we access on the comp w/VNC) logged out on its own, which then asks you to enter an Administrator password. (No one knows what the password is, which I've emailed DMS about. Alec kindly responded but wasn't sure either.) This has happened in the past. The thing is that it doesn't tamper with playback, and you can absolutely still access the individual server (IMS), but what's strange is that, on the TMS, the playlists in that theatre will occasionally go red. This doesn't do anything bad, but Alec and I suspect it's a linger issue from the server swap. I wound up restarting the panel (not the projector), which sorted the login issue. Back to normal with the panel. I did, however, scrape my back (despite wearing a coat) while up in the crawl space, so shoutout Jen for putting a bandaid on me. Be careful, folks. I updated DMS. We already asked them for a replacement server in T7 awhile ago and they know to get cracking on it. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I don't believe I properly advanced during a manual start today since the 4:20 showing of Wonka was to finish 17 minutes past it's original out time. There are LOADS of tight turnarounds and manual starts this weekend. It can be a bit of a headache, but keep your eyes peeled. I fumbled this one and I apologize. I emailed MOD. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: DCP of Don't Tell Her It's Me is still transcoding in T1. It'll be done by tomorrow evening. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested All Dirt Roads Taste of Salt. 

Received and ingested the keys for Raging Bull

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I will be shipping out Mean Streets Monday morning. 

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected the print of Mean Streets. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: Reset lenses for tomorrow's SOF print. It's scope. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Adjusted a showing on Sunday. 

Marquee updated?: Will adjusted the marquee this evening, will be able to add more 35 titles tomorrow after the print. We're a little tight on letters at the moment. Looking into ordering more.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
