To do this evening/ was completed: Lots going on today. Unfortunately, we ran into issues with T7. Checked in on the KDMs, realized they were all inactive (when they shouldn't have been) and then checked the date on the IMS, which was in the year 2008. This has happened before, ages ago. We had to cancel the first round. I performed the necessary updates that DMS sent and requested a permanent solution immediately since they've been slow to respond to just about everything lately. Ran content in T7 for awhile and no issues. We'll be fine for now but we're actively working on getting that new IMS ASAP. For posterity, in case anything happens and we need to perform the updates again in T7 (it's super likely we won't and I'd be surprised if we had to since you only need to do this once, really, but you never know), I've saved the files to a folder on the desktop (4/6 comp) labeled T7 IMS Update Files including back up file (in the third step- on the off chance the upload is unsuccessful, you would upload this file and reboot again). The first step is for the software, the second is for the firmware, and the last step is the certification. Everything is labeled in the folder/sub folders. The process is as follows (I'm putting this here so you can just see how it looks, too):
Step one: download, ingest, reboot. Do this for both files.
Step two: Download the first file, ingest, do NOT reboot. Then download and upload the file for the keys, then reboot. There are seven files in the container.
Step three: Download, ingested, reboot.
Step three backup: same process as OG step 3, but use this file and follow the same procedure should it not work.
Lastly, I spoke to Jerry and again and gave him our access info for AnyDesk, which I've added to the pw cheat sheet in the notes app in 4/6, should anyone need it. Chris will likely use this to take a look at everything tomorrow morning. If you're unfamiliar with this, it's just allowing them remote access to the computer.

Despite rebooting the TMS and rooms 2 & 3, no changes have been made. The playlists are still not visible on the TMS, which I detailed to to DMS this morning, along with all the T7 updates. They're working on it.

John brought over the 35mm trailer for Heat, which in 4/6. We'll give this back to Walt on 1/30.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the new forecasts we received today for 1/26. Due to T7, I did not get round to making these as I'd hoped. Please work on them this evening.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Downloaded and DCP'd the last short we needed for NoBudge, which is Telling George Again. I copied all the shorts over to the DCPII drive and ingested them.

Got in touch with Kim to let her know that mine and Alec's email is perfectly fine to send the DCPs to. We're getting these through Aspera. HBO Max as yet to confirm a tech date, but we'll keep y'all posted.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd both Live Wire and Taxi Driver today with Cristina and Desmond. Both prints look and sound great. Volume(s) have been noted on the white cards. Ran through focusing and alignment on each projector should there not be time to run loops tomorrow morning.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Trash out in 4/6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Went over a few things with Matthew today. We'll be going over cue sheet updates in the coming days/following week to make sure everyone is comfortable.
